Formed in 1996, the Vandermark Five was one of Chicago’s best-known, most influential, and longest-standing jazz bands. Putting themselves on the map with their legendary Tuesday night residency at Chicago’s Empty Bottle from 1996 – 2005, the band toured extensively in Europe and North America from 1998-2010 and released over 15 cd’s.  More information at www.kenvandermark.com
